Monday December 1st


Chili:  Warm up with this balanced beef chili that is made with kidney beans, diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers and seasoned with garlic and paprika. Toppings include sour cream, diced red onions and shredded cheddar.  And get a free bag of Fritos

Butternut Squash Bisque: A delicious blend of butternut squash and select spices turns this fall fare into a seasonal favourite.

Tuesday December 2nd

Mushroom and Brie Bisque: select sliced mushrooms are simmered with garlic and shallots in a vegetarian velouté enriched with Brie and Swiss cheeses, sherry and snipped chives.

 Italian wedding:   mini Italian meatballs, Acine de Pepe pasta, spinach, carrots

and Romano cheese accentuated in a rich seasoned chicken broth.

Wednesday December 3rd

New England clam chowder:  premium clams coupled with diced fresh potatoes, onions, carrots and celery in a cream New England-style broth.


Roasted chicken noodle: this classic is infused with a blend of herbs and succulent roasted chicken for a premium soup with all the flavors of home.

 Thursday December 4th

Tuscan Style White Bean & chicken:  a delicate blend of tomatoes, Italian seasonings and herbs teamed with white beans, julienne chicken, celery, artichokes and onions.

Vegetable garden: tomatoes, green beans, northern beans, corn, potatoes and onions simmered in a rich vegetable stock.

 Friday December 5th

Lobster bisque:  with a touch of sherry, this succulent bisque is made with lobster stock, fresh cream and real butter to echo the rich traditions of coastal Maine.
